Closing Ceremony of Stepan Avagyan Memorial

The closing ceremony of Stepan Avagyan memorial: “Jermuk-2019” XIV International Open Youth Chess Tournament was held on 10 of July at "Jermuk Ashkhar''.​

The Governor of Vayots Dzor Trdat Sargsyan, President of the Vayots Dzor Chess Federation Harutyun Sargsyan attended the event. In addition to the main prize fund, gifts were prepared by Jermuk Community Municipality and the Avagyans family.

The Vice-president of the Armenian Chess Federation, the Founder-President of the Chess Academy of Armenia Smbat Lputian congratulated all the participants and trainers for their interesting games, and then he thanked all sponsors and supporters of the tournament as Armenia Wellness & SPA Hotel, Ararat Health Center, Jermuk Ashkhar Health Center, Grand Resort Jermuk և Jermuk Hotel & SPA  hotels.
